SEARING MEADOW Part Ways With Bassist, Announce Replacement

Finnish melodic death metal band SEARING MEADOW have announced the addition of bassist Miska Lehtivuori (FALL OF THE LEAFE) to the group's ranks. "Our longstanding bass player Ville Korhonen has temporary left the band after he got himself a job abroad," the group write on their web site. "SEARING MEADOW wishes Ville a good time in Brussels and welcomes Miska onboard."

In other news, Crash Music Inc. has set a July 15 European release date for the SEARING MEADOW debut album, entitled "Corroding from Inside". The CD, which was released in the U.S. earlier in the year, was recorded and produced by Kari Nieminen at Musamuusa Studios.
